Caller: 0480 046 114 Ringing at random times of the day now, no idea who the f*ck they are but it’s obviously not that important coz they don’t leave no messages!

Caller: Dutch (apparantly is his christian name) Called saying he was from Next Gen Australia. Asking about Private Health Insurance, who you are with, how many people on the cover, how many kids, how much you pay a year and if you pay fortnightly, monthly or yearly. Talked about Compare the market to make sure you are on a competitive price with your current Health Care Insurer. Asked for his website and at first he didn't know and then said he found it ( same answer for the landline)and said it was: wwwnextgen.aus.com I asked for the landline and he said: (07) 5610 4027 Looked up and lots of complaints on this number Mobile Number they called from was 0480 046 114 They also asked when you changed policy last and how long you have been with your current provider? Block this number as in the Next Gen Privacy Policy it says Why will Nextgen Aus collect personal information from you?

Asked me four questions to determine whether or not I'd be suitable to have a financial advisory service review my super, only remember 2 questions: 1. Are you between 27-57 years old? 2. They must have taken out all the varying phone numbers starting with 0480. I have a mobile phone that has never been used for calls, it is just used for wi-fi to enable the cctv cameras to be viewed remotely and in the last week there have been multiple missed calls from many different numbers all beginning with 0480, everyone I have looked up have all said the same reports.
I am going to play along with them from now on. Make out I am very interested in what they are offering. Get them to call me back to discuss further details and sign up for whatever it is they are selling, play along and play along some more. Or we could always do what my Mother used to do years back and ask them if they could just hold for a moment, keep getting back on the line and keep saying could you just hold for a moment again.

Caller: Telemarketer It was the Customer Service Line, a spam call about getting me to review my super. The man I spoke with was polite, if insistent.
He wanted to ask me "five simple questions", and tried to get past me telling him I regularly review my super and am happy with it with the usual marketing crap.
TIP: When I told him I have a financial advisor, he told me I wasn't eligible for the "free" review and the conversation ended easily.
I don't know who would use a random telemarketer service from a cold call for something that important, but that got him off the phone quickly.

Received call from this # regarding my super & affects of covid ect ect.. wanted to ask me ? I responded with im not fkn intrested & this # is on the "do not call registry" (it is & is current), they reply " ill inform my supervisor, sorry my supervisor will look into that & removing my# from there call list ect ect.." Even when uv registered ur private #'s cant get away from the priks!! Makes u think perhaps tracking them down to rudly interrupt there day with a high calibre projectile would be worth the legalities that would follow just to get some privacy cause all the so called spam watchers gov agencies ect seem totally inadequate to the task as the spammers seem to be prolific like cockroaches now days & have no trouble finding ways to contact private # & email account holders.
