My "who called me" app gave me a warning about this number as people have put a complaint in, so I didn't answer it

Very annoying... if you want your company to have a reputable name... at least find a new way of sourcing customers, it’s not trustworthy and it’s not the 90’s any more.

Caller: Claiming to be from a lost super recovery firm

I didn’t catch their initial introduction and I had to ask multiple times for them to repeat it. Claimed they were a legitimate company that was involved in searching for lost super. When I said I knew where all mine was they then wanted to know how much I had in my super... rings alarm bells. When I told them to get stuffed as I wasn’t giving information like that over the phone they started claiming that they were a legitimate company etc. Also dodgy that a call like this would come from a mobile number rather than a fixed line. Wish I could recall the company name. But got to assume this is a scam.

I just got a call from this number. Came up as "6781 Holdings Pty Ltd" on my phone. ABN is 168291398. I didn't ring back.

No one was on the other line. I called back but there was silence and it didn't even ring.

when they call, tell them youll go get your details like account number or statement for you super, and just leave them on the line. they will hang up eventaully

I have had a call from this number 3 times in last 3 days. Never leaves a message. After reading comments here I’m blocking it!

Rings every morning approx. 9.30am, i have started to swipe to answer then close my phone up and let them talk to no one it takes them a while to realise that there is no one there. Doesn't do much but it makes me feel better knowing i am wasting their time.
