Caller: NAB

Received a test message from this number regarding a suspicious transaction on my NAB card. Checked my account online and it matched with the details on the text. It was a genuine text from NAB. I reply 0 to confirm the transaction was not authorised by me and they called me shortly later to sort everything out (such as issue of new card).

Caller: NAB fraud line

Genuine sms text alerting me to fraudulent activity on my credit card and asking for a response, which I gave as I checked my account online and there was suspicious activity. I was called back by the bank who then dealt with the fraud. This is NOT a scam - genuine number. I did not need to give them details beyond my full name - they had my address, email, confirmed the other card-holder's name from the info they already had, so not phishing.

Caller: NAB

We received a text from this number claiming to be NAB saying there has been suspected fraud on our card. As it’s from a mobile number and I couldn’t find any mention of the number to ring back on the NAB website I phoned NAB on their main line where they confirmed it was legitimate and my card had a fraudulent transaction and they needed to cancel my card. This number is not a scam or phishing. If ever in doubt ring your financial institution on their main number, they can confirm instantly.
