This has just happened to my daughter, do anybody have any information on this Ben person????

This guy just offered me ed sheeran tickets by PDF and told me to deposit into the anz bank told me he would send me his Id and I only had to deposit a small fee then he would send through the tickets I just felt off about it so here I googled his name and bam it is a scam im so sorry you guys went through it :(. he has a new phone number now it's 0499 247 636 . He said he's in port Pirie and also here's his bank details .

Can you make it to the ANZ Bank? Then just wait there until you receive the tickets and then pay the remaining..

We got scammed in march 2013 for blues fest tickets.. Paid $180.. Reported it to the police. Did I see a story on one of the current affair program's about him?. Wow this guy has no shame does he.. So many of us trusting souls taken for a ride!

I was scammed out of $220 for 2 Game of Thrones tickets on Gumtree - all via email. I feel very silly! I'm posting this so everyone will know he's still at it! Benjamin henderson - why doesn't he change his name?! I have contacted my bank who are charging me $50 to look into it :( and I'm filing a report with the police too. Should we all contact Today tonight maybe?

I just got scammed too. Paid him $220 for Opera House tickets.
I feel soooo silly. It was via Gumtree.
I have contacted my bank, his bank and tomorrow will be lodging a very detailed police report. Why has he been getting away with this for so long? Surely with all this information it should be easy to catch this dirty rotten scoundrel!

I have been scammed $220 by this fraudulent Benjamin Henderson.
It was suposedly for Opera House tickets to see the Game of Thrones event. Fraud happened via Gumtree.
I am reporting to the bank and the police.

Ahhh this is so frustrating, if only I have googled him before I transferred the money! ‘Benjamin Henderson from Port Elliot’ told me he would transfer the tickets into my name for a $15 fee from ticketek, Ticketek refused to confirm or deny this or help me at all! And I of course who was desperate for One Direction Tickets fell for it! after I transferred the $270 I never heard from him again 

The interesting thing is (and please let me know if this has happened to anyone else here) he did email me a few days ago asking for my bank account details. This was his exact email:

I am so terribly sorry, we just had a death in the family. Due to my wife's sister's illness we were forced to cancel the trip. Sadly she passed sooner than we had originally thought. Can you please provide your bank deposit details so I can promptly refund your money.

I work at a law firm, and he knows this because I was emailing him from my work email and I did tell him I was in the process of taking legal action so I’m not sure if I freaked him out or if he is just a hacker and wanted my bank account details.

I have provided him with a completely empty separate ING bank account but I am yet to receive a reply or any money from him! My lawyer did say it’s likely that none of us will get our money back but he also called someone in the force who did confirm it was happening to hundreds of people just for one direction.

We need to make as many people as possible aware – I have started contacting people who post WANTED ads on gumtree to warn them. He is a sick man and karma will get him.

So we have all been scammed by this low life...what are the facts? I was told he was from Mackay, ANZ account, Benjamin Henderson and I got scammed $260 for pink tickets.
Anyone else have any info, different stories... anything that will catch this creep. What a low piece of scum.....and not to feel any guilt for it. He needs to be hung and tortured but since that is illegal (as what he is doing), we need to use our heads and work togther to take this guy down!

This guy just scammed me for 2 pink concert tickets. Said he would express post but never did. Wish I had read this before I paid him, only $260 but a lot of money to me. We will get this guy!

Yep Ben Henderson is still at it, a lady on gumtree just said she was scammed out of $130, and my niece was scammed out of $150 for Pink Ticket a week or so ago. Hope they catch the Mongrel!

WARNING: to anyone with WANTED ads, do not respond to this guy, do not send money, he is a scammer! He will come across as legit and send screen shots of tickets for Pink gtm and possibly other concerts, and say his wife doesn't want to send tickets without a deposit, DO NOT PAY A CENT, the tickets do not exist and he will stop replying to messages and turn off his phone the second he has your money! BENJAMIN HENDERSON FROM GERALDTON IS A SCAMMER he will give ANZ bank details and he pauses before saying his name on his voicemail because it is a false identity and he is a lying piece of scum!
got me for $300 yesterday!!! reported to the cops and consumer protection and nothing will be done even though there is so much evidence!

to anyone this has happened to, file a report about it, he is now under investigation for fraud. the more people to say something, the more likely he will be caught.

Got me 2 gave him 280 dollars as well sent me a copy of the moshtix website with the tickets i wish i looked up his number sooner on google

i too got done looking for a golden plains ticket. have taken all details (phone number, message history, bank details etc.) and reported to the police. i suggest everyone do the same, if they have enough reports on this guy they might be spurred on to tracking him down.
