Keep getting missed calls from the above number which is a melb number require who it is

I also got a call from this number. They just hang up without speaking. Last week they were calling me from Sydney. I blocked that number. Now again from Melbourne.

OMG!! This number calls me maybe every 2nd day without fail.. Usually when I'm at work and I cannot answer anyway. I refuse to call back as it is a (03) number and I'm in Sydney.
