Tried to say we have an Amazon Prime account and were through our first month. Very insistent and persistent. Hung up on them. No we did not have Amazon Prime.

I’m not a native speaker and was waiting for a job interview call, then this number called, with very noisy background, I can just nearly heard “did you share your wifi with anyone else?” I was really not sure if this is what I heard at that time, and explained that I share wifi from my landlord, and my phone number was never registered to a wifi provider. Then they hung up, and I was a bit worried because if that’s the interview, I must miss the question and be sound like an idiot. Thanks god I checked it here and many said that’s scam. Now I can retell the reason why she hung up and imagine the awkward look on her face. Nice!
