Claimed to be putting a hold on massive payments from our bank account into a NAB account. When I queried further, they claimed to be from Westpac. When I asked for their name and number, they hung up.

Claimed they were calling from Westpac Corporate Bank to question large amounts awaiting payment approval which stood out and were therefore suspect. Asked for Customer login number and token details.
