Caller: Telstra It was a legitimate call regarding my Fetch which I received from Telstra more than a month ago. I had put in a query when I got it and it wasn’t working correctly. It was fixed the following day but I could see that the case was still open in my Telstra account online. He was enquiring how it was going and wanted to close the case. He was very polite and since speaking to him I can see that the case has now closed……. I receive scam calls, emails and texts everyday. It’s sad that we have to be so worried about answering a phone.

Caller: I don’t know Reading the reports so far, I was on the phone to a Telstra technician when the call from this number came through. They did not leave any message and the technician I was talking to did not mention that they were calling me. So I don’t know. I think if it was legit they would have left a message!

Rang my mobile while I was out, didn't answer because I didn't recognise the number. Also left a voice message, and rang my landline as well. Asian-sounding male who said he was calling about an issue, which could be genuine. He knew my email address. I'd spoken to somebody else from Telstra a few days previously, but accidentally cut off the call. I filled in a complaint form about my issue, so that may be the reason for today's call. Anyway, I called into the Telstra shop today and my issue has been resolved.

Caller: Telstra Business Definitely a legitimate call from Telstra. I was on the phone to the business team, on hold, but the call dropped out, so they called me back on (03) 8903 9325 and it was the same person to continue the original phone call. Not a scam!

Caller: Telstra Priority Care Team This is a legitimate Telstra Number. It's from their Priority Care Team. They had offered me this home phone service numerous times due to having a major surgery recently. I had contacted Telstra in relation to another issue. They offered me a Home Phone/Priority Care to which I've denied at 5 times. They are quick to try and sell you something but not to actually help you with the inquiry.
