Been calling me now for two weeks. Will not say who they represent, I had repeatedly asked them to stop calling but today a new record. 10 times in an hour!!!!!! Called Telstra and had the number blocked, apparently not the first request they had today.

Let's just say Sam was his name- worst customer service I have ever experienced- I don't know where they get your details, but he can offer cheaper rates for land line calls and mobiles, I attempted to say I wasn't interested in what he had to say- I think he needed a hearing aid cause he didn't hear me until the tenth attempt to say I wasn't interested and to remove my contact details from there database- his comment was I will not remove your details and will continue to call you. If this is how they try and get sales, I'm not sure what training they have because they have no interest in the customer and clearly they are rude and aggressive in there approach. Why hasn't this so called call centre, company been reported as I believe this is harassment and if I was working for a company with those standards I would surely leave.
Poor service- all the way and all they want are your details so that they can rip you off.

Next time these idiots ring me again I'm getting my air horn out of the cupboard and blowing down the bloody phone. Have had multiple calls this week finally answered in and when I said I wasn't interested the caller got very rude and obnoxious so I hung up. I will be blocking the number if they keep persisting

I am receiving at least 10 calls a day, am already on the Do Not Call Register, they have even started calling up until 9 pm Perth time...I no longer answer them but I am annoyed that they just don't the message that I am not interested. The only times I have spoken to someone they have told me that they are ringing about my broadband service.

I just don't answer, If there is a message in the mail voice identifying themselves I will call back, otherwise I check here, all the comments and it goes straight to the blocked list or Spam contact that I have created. So thank you.

We have moved house and just received a new phone number. For the last two weeks we have had calls from this number around 6-7 times a day. they are now phoning as late as 9pm. We no longer answer the phone. Now that I have read everyone else's comments we will continue to 'not answer the phone'!

They call 2-3 times a day.
Last couple of times I tried to waste as much of their time as I could, by letting them do their routine without interrupting them, and then playing ignorant/crazy.
They left me alone for half a week and then the calls started again. Their resilience is impressive.

These people have been calling non stop since I've had this new number (2+weeks) They just hang up now every time we answer am the phone. It's beyond a joke We should be able to charge these twats

Have been called multiple times with them hanging up when I pick up. This time when I picked up some woman with an Indian accent from so-called "Smart Choice Mortgage" was clearly reading off a script advertising their "reduced interest rates"…she was surprisingly polite when I asked them to please stop calling me as I have no interest in mortgages but we'll see if that happens or not.

These guys called me several times today asking if I was "the homeowner" - when I asked who they were and how they got my number they started abusing me, telling me I was stupid... It's a new one- abusive telesales people ! , surely we can get this stopped?

Had to order a call blocker. I asked these clowns why they kept calling when I told them we were not interested. They said they will keep calling until we accept their "better offer". For a while we started to waste their time like they waste ours. Ask them to tell us all about it, then put the phone aside so they talk to themselves, but they never get the hint.

Received at least 10 calls today from 4pm. First call they said Telstra were doing an upgrade and when I asked where he was callling from he got abusive towards me so I hung up. Next phone call he said I scared him and he had called 911 on me. Didn't answer any calls after this but have him on my recording calling me a B...... Have blocked this number.

I have had these scammers CONSTANTLY calling our home phone, always with a variety of phone numbers, over the last 12 months. Why can't Telstra stop allocating telephone numbers by the dozens to these a***holes.Had enough of them.

Various people from this number have called me 9 times in 2 days. Yesterday I would just put the phone down and let them go until they figured out that I wasn't there. The most recent call, I interrupted the person several times telling them to stop talking and listen to me that I am not interested. She kept on talking so I hung up on her and registered with the do not call system. Enough is enough.

OMG these ppl are so abusive and when i asked what company they were calling from they avoid the question by asking me why I'm assuming that all calls are the same????? When I said to the guy to stop calling me on the second call he got abusive and started to shout at me. I then hung up and he called again! This is harassment isn't it?
