Caller: NAB/Coles Financial Services Although unsolicited, these calls are not spam/scams. Typically they call to offer conversions at a better interest rate, so these conversations may be worth having.

Caller: Coles Financial Services I answered the call but after a few seconds they hung up without a word. Called them back and it was an automated voice saying, from Coles Financial Services "We tried ringing you and it’s not an urgent matter. We’ll try again later." I'd rather you do not call back.

Caller: Coles Financial Services My phone rang from this number. I answered it within 2 rings as I thought it might have been my new(hoping they have not changed their mind) employer, and after saying hello (my name) speaking, waiting a few seconds and saying hello again, they hung up. Called them back and it was an automated voice saying from Coles Financial Services. We tried ringing you (AND I ANSWERED YOU COLES) and that it’s not an urgent matter and we’ll try again later. Why ring me if all you are going to do is to act like a child and hang up. How do I get a job to prank call and hang up on people? No, Really. I want to know.

Thought this call was from the Sydney Hospital I attend to book an appointment in 2023 so answered. Female with very challenging accent. Kept asking me to confirm my surname on a COLES credit card. Polite but insistent. Informed her that I did not want any offers if that was where she was going. Poor woman informed me halfway through that the t call was being recorded. In the end had to advise that I was going to terminate call. Now blocked. This call came right after I received the dreaded Medibank email informing me that, as an authorised person, for another person my details had been compromised. They also informed me that the person who owned the account had been informed. Mum died in 2017! Why on earth did they hang on to her details?

Caller: National Australia Bank regarding Coles Mastercard Probably not a scam as they had my name and they were offering the same deal I get by SMS every time I make a large purchase on this card. Maybe they got scammy down the line but just a marketing call.
