Thanks everybody for your messages. What they do while they are talking to you is place a virus on your computer that allows them to hack into your computer and your personal details. While the virus stays there it will allow them to track your transitions and personal information. Very dangerous

I search before the phone call and found that it was a scam so did not call. thanks to all of who who posted before. This should be told to NSW Office of Fair Trading so they can put it on their website. The phone no comes up as belonging to a Falcon Appliance company??

what action are you taking. I phoned the number and believed I was a winner of a holiday based around Orlando Florida. I think in reality I was being offered a discount price and was required to pay just over $900 to reserve my 'holiday'. I didn't give them any credit card details, but was surprised when they told me they knew of my credit/debit/ card/s. I spoke to my bank and was told nobody is given details of my accounts.Your experiences make this sound like a scam. the firm promoting was alleged to be Club pacific and operating from Orlando Florida
