Had same 01-9001 6201No call today saying it was Bank SA and do we need to look at our account,naturally and glad we said NO. How do they get our name and number.

Annoying call twice so blocked it ha! Never answer calls u don't know, if it's important they will leave a msg of txt u....

Missed call from this number today (April 20, just after 1.30). No message left. checked here and saw other people with the same problem. Number blocked.

Looks like a scam - if it is a fake company, why can't the government remove this number from its use?

I have been rung by 9001 6201 and left a message to ring St George Customer Service which I did. I know see this is a scam of some kind. It's very worrying when you get a call like this.

I get this number phoning me a few times a week. I don't answer it as I know it is an"alien" and I it doesn't belong to any one I know.

Received a call as well. Lady said bank SA had sent a letter and they were calling to review it my account - first up asked for my security question.
Now usually banks if they ever call, confirm your name and last name and date of birth instead.

Just had a phone call from this number - saying he was from St George Bank wanting to review my account. I said no thanks and hung up on them.

They called me to congratulate on the anniversary of my home loan. They were 8 months late. I told them its not my anniversary, threw them completely and they asked if i wanted to continue with the call. No thanks! :)

This number & the (02) 9001 9200 belongs to Sykes Financial Services - a 3rd party to Westpac.

I have been called now 4 times. Each time they ring once they hang up. I asume they want me to pay the full costs of a mobile phone call when I call back.Why are there so many wierdos around?
