Caller: Samsung First thought it was a scam/spam call when they asked for phone number and email to confirm my identity, but was actually a call to follow up on a Samsung product I recently order (the product will be arriving late so they are going to give me $50 as compensation?). Did not ask for my bank details - said they will transfer it via the payment method I used.

Caller: Samsung Electronics My phone told me it was Samsung Electronics Australia but undoubtedly a sales pitch. Didn't leave a message - want to talk to me? Leave a message guys - I only answer calls I know and will get back to messages in my time - not yours!

Caller: Samsung Loyalty Program Called me from Sydney, Australia at 5:30PM about the Samsung Loyalty Program. They had my name but told them I wasn't interested. They didn't push for anything just said to have a nice day.

Caller left an inaudible voicemail:- low volume, also it sounded like it might have been a recording of an asian lady speaking another language. Had this happen twice recently from two unknown numbers.

Caller: Samsung loyalty program Asked if my name was "my online username". I grilled them on why they were calling, and claimed discounts on next Samsung purchase. I asked to be removed from marketing calls, and they said they would. Let's see. I am hyper aware of scams after recent hacks on companies I am with. Not trusting this source, and Samsung customer service were not aware of these calls. Most likely a scam.

Caller: Samsung Loyalty Program (so the caller claims) I didn't answer but received a voicemail invitation to join the Samsung Loyalty Program. Call was pre-recorded, heavy Asian accent and this, combined with poor audio from the source, made the recording hard to understand, even after multiple replays. Not the technical standard I expect from a reputable company such as Samsung. Possibly legit - let's see if they persist. Call received Feb 2023.

Caller: Olive from Samsung Care Asian female voice called at 7.15 am on a Sunday morning and left a voice mail saying she is returning a call from my phone but I have no recollection of ever calling them.
I do however remember having problems with my phone about a week ago (freezing when trying to use aps) and the software on phone prompted me to send the error message to Samsung.
