This is ANZ Bank, contacting me 'in relation to a special offer'.
This number has been calling me non stop over 2 weeks (July 2015), also numbers:

(08) 6365 4320
2 are telemarketing call centre named 24/7, selling insurance/financial products. You can register on Australian Government 'Do Not Call Register' at donotcall.gov.au

these anz telemarketers are beyond annoying they just can't give up can they? are they there to sabotage anz or is anz that stupid?

When I called back this number, it's automated computer system says it is not activated for service call. They are probably trying to steal your smart phone inside data if you take the call and hang on for long enough for them steal your data or input a bug into your phone computer.
So annoying ! Call me 3 - 4 times a week. I just place it into a 10 second voice to txt answering service as it will be safer than your own personal greeting as they will get enough time to place a bug or steal all your data until they hang up on your voice mail recording. They could access thru your voice mail too so it is a trick too.

Have received 10 calls just in last week from this number very annoying. No vm left.

Interesting. Just got an email from ANZ saying they have wrong phone contact details and to please update my deets ASAP. Nek minit, phone call from this number 'it's ANZ' NO THANK YOU!!!

I haven't updated my contact as it is correct; I do not want these calls tho 😡

ANZ income and life insurance. Received 7 calls in the past month. Always at different times of the day. Listened to the offer and said I wasn't interested. Then they seemed to get a little aggressive. Do not answer this number.

This is out of control, keep calling they cannot hear me and hang up...

They keep ringing, again on 7/4, despite telling them not interested in their product. I politely ended the call by saying I'm hanging up now. Very annoying

Received call, i said hello twice, no answer, then they hung up.

ANZ Spam, hae blocked this number, been blocked for nearly three months now, still gettting 14-20 calls from them a month.
Attempted the opt out option, didn't work, phoned bank, didn't work, blocking is so far the only thing that has worked.

ANZ spam. Don't answer. Just block their number
