I called back number (02) 8076 4867 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.

Yep. Same SPAM Telemarketer with same website ruse.

Asking to build a website sounded overseas call from the delay at the start

another scam trying to get personal information ,block number

didnt give them a chance to speak good onya who called me

I called back number (02) 8076 4867 just kept on ringing no one answered the call and never got any voice mail.

Website marketers - they had information on my work history and business, stated my website was broken (which strangely it was), and offered me website design and SEO services. Not sure if it was legit, I didn't feel it was
