"Mark Wilson" with thick Indian accent calling about an accident within the last 2 years; no details of dates, times, cars, but "represents" "Sydney Claims Lawyers" and "Accident Hotline", at "14/133 Elizabeth St" in Sydney.

Just had call asking to speak to person that had an accident in last 2 years. Said wrong number no one here. They advised from a barristers office in Sydney. Should of had the name if that's the case. Dodgy

This number (02) 8005 6506 also called me twice today, busy working at my hairdressing salon, first time they hung up on me, 2nd time I hung up on them. When I wasn't busy I rang them back & played along with them for a while, when they couldn't get what they wanted from me & I had had enough I told them seeing I had there phone number I would pass it on to the police as I knew he was trying to scam me! Was told I was an idiot by the Indian guy on the other end (great customer service, so professional) so I replied "he was hopeful". Then he hung up on me. I am going to call him from a blocked number 10 times everyday & hang up on him, see how he likes it!!!!!

who is trying to call ?

Yep I got 8 CALLS from this number within 5 MINUTES last night- answered on the third call and an Indian man answered and I couldn't understand a word he was saying so I hung up and he proceeded to call 5 more times. Glad to know lots of people are having the same problem and that it wasn't just me!

Yeah my wife rang at work late afternoon today 20 May and ask me if I am alright. So I asked her why she is asking me. She said someone rang and asked her about an accident and she hang up as soon as she realized it's a scam and called me instead. When I arrived home we talk about the call and checked my id caller and saw this (02) 8005 6506. I searched the web regarding this number and found a lot of complains already coused by this. These idiots must be stopped.

Called asking if my grandmother had an accident in the past two years which she had, and conned her into giving her date of birth and first name. Said she was going to get a solicitor to call back later and hung up. targeting elderly people. needs to stop.

I have had these people calling about car accidents over the last couple of months. I told them we have not had any car accidents and asked them not to call back and i was laughed at and she said no, im going to keep calling.

i rang them back and a male answered and i asked the business name, he refused to tell me laughed and hung up on me.

Maybe we should all ring them back and give them a spam call

Told them I want to speak to their supervisor, heard him talking to someone in the background, came back to me and told me he was busy at the moment.
I told him I knew what this call was about that no one had any car accident within the past year in this house and to take my number off his list or put me through to his supervisor. He then asked me if I had gotten my breakfast 😐 So I told him he was an idiot and hung up on him.
They call here all the time it's so annoying!

Computer generated call obviously scanning for active numbers to call later for whatever scam they are currently involved with. Don't pickup if you have a call screener.

Everyone should just start calling them back and hanging up! they keep calling our workplace, so annoying that no one seems to be shutting this down!

Got two calls from this number in the past two days. Total scam, seeking to steal identity. I know the advice is to just hang up on them but why in this technology era something can't be done to get rid of these criminals ?

Answered first time they rang - re my car accident - told them I have no car and am blind... Still same number keeps calling even tho I don't pick up... No brain Indian scammers...
