Said they were from the Telstra Business Hub and calling from Perth. (even though a Sydney number) kept asking for my personal details to get into my account. When I reminded them that they had called me ( did know my first name) They could not confirm how many services that I had or how many sites as I needed to confirm my personal details first. I asked them to send me an email to the email address that they have on file and I would reply.

The original call was about the NBN services and if we were happy and how we can organise an upgrade

Had same number call missed the call tried calling back and unable to ring through. 100% scam caller
